Recruiting
Recruiting is the heart of all fieldwork. It is the starting point of our work and the aspect for which Fieldgood has always stood out: the quality of the human factor of its fields.
The recruiting methods for interviews and focus groups are multiple and guaranteed. Usually the selection takes place by database by typological profile or, in particular cases, through different systems that also include preliminary individual interviews for the selection of respondents. In this way we are able to offer a real sample that is virtually superimposable over the ideal sample formulated by our clients.

Recruiting and databases
Our network of recruiters covers the entire national territory. This capillarity allows us to guarantee the recruitment of particular investigation targets and a maximum territorial coverage.
The databases are managed internally with the utmost accuracy and confidentiality.
Methodology
The team in charge is able to organize the best set up and coordinate all the useful and necessary activities whether the field is national or a regional supervision, a qualitative or quantitative investigation.

Code of Professional Ethics
Fieldgood also guarantees the fundamental ethical rules of the profession for recruitment. It respects all the directives dictated by the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and by the Italian ASSIRM Association (the Quality Code Standards of Market and CerQua Research).
Quality, compliance and transparency
How do you choose a fieldwork partner in Italy to manage projects across multiple cities with central coordination?
Fieldgood, with offices in Catania, Milan and Rome, supports national-scale projects by providing a single central coordination point and detailed management of local activities. This is a clear advantage for companies and research institutes looking for a reliable partner for multi-city fieldwork in Italy.
What should you consider when choosing an agency specialising exclusively in fieldwork for market research in Italy?
The ability to work with different target groups, a national presence, quality control systems, adherence to timelines and clear project management are also key factors. Working with a specialist organisation means being able to rely on solid operational support, designed to ensure reliability, consistency and continuity at every stage of the fieldwork process.
What should a fieldwork partner in Italy offer to support international institutes and teams?
Fieldgood supports research institutes and international teams with fieldwork services in Italy, offering operational support, in-depth knowledge of the local context and organised management of fieldwork activities. This is complemented by smooth communication in English and the flexibility to coordinate with international time zones and workflows — key aspects for ensuring continuity, clarity and alignment throughout every stage of the project.
This makes Fieldgood a valuable asset for anyone looking for a solid Italian partner for structured research projects.
How can you check whether a fieldwork partner manages respondents’ personal data properly under the GDPR?
You should also check that informed consent is collected from respondents, that data collection is limited to what is necessary, that data retention periods are clearly defined and that appropriate security measures are in place for each data collection method, including CAWI, CATI and face-to-face research.
Fieldgood supports research projects through an operational structure that places strong emphasis on responsible data management
What should you consider when assessing and comparing two proposals for a CAWI + CATI project in Italy?
Methodological and quality-related aspects also matter, such as recruitment methods, quality checks, experience with the target audience, fieldwork coordination and the deliverables included. Only when these elements are aligned is it possible to make a truly reliable comparison between two proposals.
How can sample quality and methodological consistency be ensured in integrated CAWI, CATI and face-to-face studies?
Operational oversight is also key: monitoring fieldwork progress, checking interview quality and adapting the coordination between CAWI, CATI and face-to-face activities in line with the project objectives.
Each channel also involves different personal data flows, which need to be managed with appropriate measures under the GDPR. Fieldgood manages multi-mode studies by integrating data collection, quality control and operational coordination, to help maintain sample reliability and consistency throughout the entire fieldwork process.
